Evelyn Lozada Explains “Date” Photos With Ex-Hubby Chad Ochocinco

As we previously reported, Evelyn Lozada and ex-hubby Chad Ochocinco were spotted out on a “date” Sunday night in Miami.  With all the backlash Ev has been receiving for rekindling a relationship with her abusive ex, she took it upon herself to explain what’s REALLY going on.

Evelyn writes on her blog:

Hello Everyone!

I wanted to wish you a happy and safe New Year and take time to address a few rumors and unanswered questions about last night.  It seems as though things have gotten a wee bit out of control.

I attended a dinner with Chad’s daughter, not only because I love baby girl like my own, but to support Chad and his fan appreciation dinner.  While at the dinner, several photos popped up on the Internet of Chad and I holding hands, while in the process of blessing the food. The blogs made last night seem as though, we walked hand and hand into the restaurant announcing a reunion, which wasn’t the case.

‘Basketball Wives’ star Tami Roman settles $800,000 child support lawsuit

Looks like “Basketball Wives” star Tami Roman is cashin out!  As TMZ reported on Sunday, it appears TRo has settled an $800,000 child support lawsuit with her ex-husband and former NBA star Kenny Anderson.

Roman got her first taste of semi-fame back in 1992 by appearing on the inaugural season of MTV’s “The Real World” back in 1992 and began dating Anderson shortly thereafter, with the couple eventually having two daughters together. Continue reading

And The Three ‘Basketball Wives’ Getting Fired Are…

Following some issues away from the cameras, the masterminds behind “Basketball Wives Jumpoffs” look to be overhauling a good bit of its cast for the upcoming fifth season of the show, including some fan favorites, as we previously reported.

According to a new report from TMZ, Royce Reed, Jennifer Williams, and Kesha Nichols are all going to be saying goodbye to their drama-filled lives with the rest of the “Basketball Wives” cast for a variety of reasons. In the case of Reed and Nichols, it is just due to them not being exciting enough to take the series to the next level. Meanwhile, producers are apparently unhappy with Williams suing Nia Crooks over the “slap incident” from this past season, and they don’t want to deal with drama that takes place in a courtroom rather than on-camera.  They are putting out a pretty strong message to everyone; beating each other for the camera is fine and if you want to retaliate, make sure it’s with punches, not court papers. Lil’ Wayne Gets Dissed By Oklahoma City Thunder…AGAIN!

It looks like authorities over at Oklahoma City Arena are not feeling Lil’ Wayne.

Judging by the following tweet, he wasn’t allowed into the venue once again, this time to watch the OKC Thunder take on the Miami Heat.

As we previously reported, Weezy planned to go see OKC Thunder take on the San Antonio Spurs in the Western Conference finals last week, but was denied entry into the Oklahoma City arena. Apparently officials wouldn’t let the rapper sit courtside, nor would they allow him to enter from anywhere other than the main entrance. This would have posed security risks not only to Weezy but also to fans. Continue reading
