Birdman and Lil Wayne have officially declared war … settlement talks have broken down and Wayne will now sue his mentor, claiming among other things Birdman owes him $8 million.
As TMZ reported … the 2 titans tried coming to terms this week but it wasn’t meant to be. Now Wayne will ask a judge to declare him free of Cash Money and Birdman’s control. Wayne says Birdman has violated their contract by withholding the release of his new album.
As for the $8 MIL claim … Wayne says Birdman owed the money for his latest album — it was supposed to be an advance.
Birdman has held firm … he will release the album “in due time,” but clearly that’s not good enough for Wayne.
We’re told Wayne will keep recording but he will release his works outside of the Cash Money umbrella.
We bet Wezzy won’t need an umbrella when it’s time for Birdman to make it rain 8 million times.
Reality TV star and music producer Steven “Stevie J” Jordan will be shipped to an inpatient drug program after flunking ten drug tests for coke and weed while out on bail on a child support case, Manhattan prosecutors said Tuesday.
According to Page Six:
Jordan was busted in Atlanta in June for failing to pay $1.1 million in court-ordered child support payment for a boy, 17, and girl, 15, who live with their mother in Pennsylvania.
The “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” cast member and Grammy winner was released on $25,000 bail by a Manhattan federal judge this summer — but has since failed a string of random drug tests mandated by the terms of his release.
The feds said Jordan tested positive for marijuana and cocaine in urine samples 10 times between June and and this month.

The details of Porsha Williams and Kordell Stewart’s divorce settlement have surfaced and according to TMZ, Porsha came out with absolutely NOTHING! NO alimony, NO house, NO NFL retirement money, NO cash-out, NO health insurance. She even has to pay her own credit card balances (damn Gina!).
So what does Porsha get to keep? She will keep her engagement ring, $19,000 for her attorneys and other things like her jewelry, clothes and personal items.
As for her ex-husband Kordell, he gets two houses, two plots of land, a 2013 Mercedes, a 2010 Porsche AND his full retirement benefits. He also will keep 100% interest in his companies.
Not to mention the rumors of Porsha possibly getting axed from “RHOA”.
Guess being his “beard” didn’t pay off like she had hoped. Because if they had an “agreement” like she kept emphasizing in the last episode of RHOA, she’s absolutely horrible at protecting her interests in agreements.
Porsha girl….time to start looking for a new job!
