The beef between Tyga and Drake popped back up last night after Drizzy released his surprise project, If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late, which included some shots at Tyga on the track “6PM in New York.” The sequence in particular, “I heard lil homie talking reckless in Vibe, quite a platform you chose you shoulda kept it inside, oh you tried, it’s so childish calling my name on the world stage, you need to act your age and not your girl’s age.” This not only references Tyga’s comments about Drake to Vibe, which started the beef in the first place, but also Tyga’s ongoing relationship with Kylie Jenner, who is currently 17.
Tyga obviously didn’t take this lightly, as he took to his Twitter account to go at Drake, while calling him “weak,” a “bi**h,” and accusing him of running from a fight with Chris Brown. Tyga has since deleted the tweet, but someone was able to get a screenshot beforehand, which you can view below.
So…Drake made the decision to pull a Beyonce last night and drop and secretly drop a new album/mixtape last night. The rapper sent social media into a frenzy just after midnight when he tweeted a link to the project, entitled ‘If You’re Reading This Its Too Late’ on iTunes.
The new album features 17 new songs – some of which have already debuted on his Soundcloud page – and features collaborations with Lil’ Wayne, Travi$ Scott, and PartyNextDoor.
“If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late” comes almost six years ago to the day that Drake released his critically acclaimed mixtape, 2009’s “So Far Gone.” Back in July last year, he announced that his next album would be titled “Views From The 6,” a reference to Toronto’s area codes, which the rapper drops throughout Too Late. It’s not yet obvious whether this latest release is that album renamed, or a stopgap until his next studio release.
Drake can’t seem to stay out of trouble. According to reports, Diddy assaulted Drake early Monday morning because of a feud over the song “0 to 100/ The Catch Up” – which was just nominated for two Grammy’s (Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song).
Here’s the story….Diddy punched Drake at LIV nightclub in Miami Beach, and we were told it was because Diddy felt disrespected by the rapper, and now we know why.
Our sources say, producer Boi-1da had given both Diddy and Drake the song to record more than 8 months ago. We’re told Diddy sat on the song, which frustrated Drake because he wanted to record it. So Drake recorded the song on his own and it did well, which pissed Diddy off.
Diddy saw Drake at LIV Monday for the first time since the song was released. Sources close to Diddy say he confronted Drake, who just blew him off, and that’s when Diddy said, “You’ll never disrespect me again,” and then punched him.
We’re told Drake ended up at an ER because during the ruckus, he hit his shoulder and exacerbated an old injury.
The saga continues. Chris Brown has yet again taken to his Instagram account to express his feelings. This time he issued a heartfelt apology to his on-off again girlfriend Karrueche Tran. After publicly humiliating her on stage Friday night and yet again Saturday night on Instagram, the singer is finally saying “I’m sorry.” Chris wrote:
Being young and dumb is one of my strong suits and emotional at best. I love hard and react impulsively when I’m hurt at times. I don’t think social media is a place to air out or hash out personal problems and a nigga feel hella WACK for doing it. So I AM APOLOGIZING I live in a glass house and the same shit that makes me great also is my curse. Everybody know I love that girl. I don’t care how my image my look to the public because I’m still gonna be the best at what I do. I just want baby girl to know I apologize!💯
How long do you think it will be before Karrueche takes him back? We’re about sick of these two.

Karrueche Tran’s Instagram post on Saturday night seemed to be the last straw that sent Chris Brown on social media flip mode. The model, seemingly hurt by Breezy’s ‘bitch’ comment, posted the following on Saturday night, just minutes before her former boyfriend publicly put her on blast:
When something bad happens, you can either let it define you, let it destroy you or let it strengthen you. The choice is yours.
Once you find strength within yourself, it’s hard to allow any type of bs around you. I refuse to be repeatedly mistreated especially by someone who claims to love me. That’s not love. And if that’s what you define as love then I don’t want it. Yes, I have not been so smart before in the past but I made a promise to be a better and stronger woman and I’m keeping that promise. If you can’t love me the right way, then don’t love me at all. Don’t be mad at me because I prefer to be happy. Keep love in your life folks. Not just love between people but love within your HEART, flowing in all aspects of your life. I promise life is so much better ❤️
