Beyoncé releases surprise new album featuring Jay-Z, Drake, Frank Ocean and Blue Ivy

Beyonce Knowles

Beyoncé has announced and released an album on the same day.

The queen’s fifth LP entitled “Beyoncé” was released exclusively on iTunes early Friday and features tracks with Jay-Z, Drake, Frank Ocean and her daughter Blue Ivy.

Every song on the album also comes with its own music video.  The project comes amid rumors that Bey wouldn’t let 2013 go without a new album. Whispers turned into a reality that played out on Twitter, where fans excitedly shared the news, mostly in all-caps messages that included the letters “OMG.”

Beyoncé says in a statement that she “didn’t want to release my music the way I’ve done it.” She says she wanted the album to come out when it was ready, from her to her fans.

How she was able to keep this a secret and avoid songs being leaked is beyond our belief, but she’s the Queen, so what do you expect?

Chris Brown Gets Cast In Frank Ocean Fight Drama (Pics)

Chris Brown may have some explaining to do … for a guy who says he didn’t do anything wrong in the brawl with Frank Ocean … why is his punching hand in a cast?

Chris emerged from his house Tuesday in a hard cast over his right hand, covering his knuckles.

As we previously reported, Ocean claims his hand was also injured in the brawl at the famous Westlake Recording Studio in West Hollywood Sunday night — the same place where Michael Jackson peacefully recorded “Bad.”

Although we know Chris’ version of events is that he did NOT throw the first punch, an eyewitness who spoke with TMZ says he initiated the attack with a swing.

Chris Brown And Frank Ocean Get Into HUGE Fist Fight At Recording Studio

Chris Brown was involved in an all-out brawl with Frank Ocean Sunday night, and sources connected with Chris insist Ocean started it.

Chris was at Westlake Studio in the L.A. area listening to one of the artists he represents. The sources say as Chris went to leave, Frank Ocean and his crew blocked Chris from leaving. The sources say Frank said, “This is my studio, this is my parking spot.”

We’re told Chris went to shake Frank’s hand … and that’s when one of Frank’s people attacked Chris. Sources connected with Chris say one of Chris’ friends jumped in front and hit Frank’s friend.

Sources connected with Chris say Frank then came at Chris … Chris pushed him away and they started brawling.

Police have cleared the scene. We’re told Chris Brown was not there when officers arrived — but they did speak to Frank Ocean. At this point … we’re told no one wants to press charges, and no arrests have been made.

Rumor Control: Frank Ocean Was NOT Pulled Over For “Suspicious Behavior”

frank-ocean_thelavalizardReports detailing the recent arrest of singer Frank Ocean have turned out to be inaccurate.  (Oops!  Sorry Franky!)

While Frank Ocean was detained by police early this morning, in Mammoth Lake, California, it was due to a routine traffic stop according to a statement obtained by CBS Local.

According to the actual police report, the singer’s sexuality had nothing to do with his arrest.

Frank Ocean was pulled over and detained for driving with a suspended license, marijuana possession and a tinted window violation.

The rapper was driving a black BMW on US-395, exceeding the 65 mile-per-hour speed limit, when his vehicle was pulled over.

Most of the reports circulating online played on Frank Ocean’s homosexuality, and claimed he had been arrested for “suspicious behavior,” with a male lover in his car.

Apparently, a post to the singer’s Instagram page from the backseat of the police car sparked the innuendos and rumors.
