Beyoncé and Jay Z Are All Smiles Sitting Courtside at Nets Game Amid Solange Fight Drama

Beyoncé and Jay Z have kept on keepin’ on.

With news of Jay Z’s run-in with sister-in-law Solange Knowles as they were leaving a Met Gala after party taking up a huge chunk of the Internet, The Carters looked to be in perfectly good spirits tonight at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center.

They were sitting courtside to watch Game 4 of the Nets’ playoff series with the defending NBA champion Miami Heat.  Of course Queen Bey looked picture-perfect in jeans and a matching denim shirt, her flowing hair swept to one side.

Jay Z had on his unofficial niform of jeans, a white T-shirt and gold chains and looked unscathed today’s revelations (or Solange’s kicks). Towards the end of the second quarter, Heat superstar LeBron James appeared to exchange a few words with the couple while he waited for a member of the Nets to shoot free throws.

The duo also attended Saturday’s home game, but while they were fully aware of what went down at the after party, the world was in the dark at the time.

Security footage from the Standard hotel elevator (where the apparent altercation took place) hit the web today after being leaked to TMZ. Standard management blasted the security breach, saying in a statement that they were “shocked and disappointed”  and “investigating with the utmost urgency the circumstances surrounding the situation.”

What caused the heated exchange remains a mystery.

It looks like authorities over at Oklahoma City Arena are not feeling Lil’ Wayne.

Judging by the following tweet, he wasn’t allowed into the venue once again, this time to watch the OKC Thunder take on the Miami Heat.

As we previously reported, Weezy planned to go see OKC Thunder take on the San Antonio Spurs in the Western Conference finals last week, but was denied entry into the Oklahoma City arena. Apparently officials wouldn’t let the rapper sit courtside, nor would they allow him to enter from anywhere other than the main entrance. This would have posed security risks not only to Weezy but also to fans. Continue reading
