LHHA’s Stevie J Flunks 10 Drug Tests, Ordered To Rehab

Reality TV star and music producer Steven “Stevie J” Jordan will be shipped to an inpatient drug program after flunking ten drug tests for coke and weed while out on bail on a child support case, Manhattan prosecutors said Tuesday.

According to Page Six:

Jordan was busted in Atlanta in June for failing to pay $1.1 million in court-ordered child support payment for a boy, 17, and girl, 15, who live with their mother in Pennsylvania.

The “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” cast member and Grammy winner was released on $25,000 bail by a Manhattan federal judge this summer — but has since failed a string of random drug tests mandated by the terms of his release.

The feds said Jordan tested positive for marijuana and cocaine in urine samples 10 times between June and and this month.

Powerful! Dozens of Staffers Walk Out Of Congress Over Police Killings

Elijah Cummings

On Thursday afternoon, dozens of congressional staffers walked out in protest of the recent grand jury decisions failing to indict the two officers who killed Eric Garner and Michael Brown. The result was an incredible display of solidarity, with staffers raising their hands in the air to invoke Brown’s “hands up, don’t shoot” image. See the photos below:

Not Again! Cop cleared in chokehold death of Eric Garner

A Staten Island grand jury cleared an NYPD cop Wednesday in the chokehold death of Eric Garner during his caught-on-video arrest for peddling loose cigarettes, The Post has learned.

The panel voted a “no-bill” and dismissed all potential charges against Officer Daniel Pantaleo, sources said.

The blockbuster decision capped weeks of investigation by the special grand jury, which was empaneled in September specifically to review evidence in Garner’s racially charged death.

It was unclear exactly what charges prosecutors asked the grand jury to consider filing, or how the vote went.

Under New York law, an indictment must be agreed upon by at least 12 members of a grand jury, which can have up to 23 members.

Cellphone video of Garner’s July 17 arrest shows Pantaleo wrestling him to the sidewalk on Bay Street, with the white cop’s arms wrapped around the neck of the black suspect.

On the ground, Garner was heard repeatedly yelling “I can’t breathe!” as Pantaleo and other cops held him down and handcuffed him.

The Medical Examiner’s Office ruled Garner’s death a homicide caused by “compression of neck (chokehold), compression of chest and prone positioning during physical restraint by police.”

Police union leaders denied that Pantaleo used a chokehold — which is banned by the NYPD — and blasted the autopsy as part of a “political” witch hunt.

Garner’s family has filed notice it plans to sue the city for $75 million on grounds including wrongful death, pre-death pain and suffering, and civil rights violations.

The family and adviser the Rev. Al Sharpton have also repeatedly called on the feds to investigate his death.

In July, US Attorney General Eric Holder said the Justice Department was monitoring the case, and a group including Garner’s mom, widow and Sharpton met in August with Brooklyn US Attorney Loretta Lynch.

She has since been nominated by President Obama to replace Holder.

Chris Brown and Rihanna Spotted Clubbing Together in NYC

Has Chris booted Karrueche to the curb to go chase Rihanna? He obviously wants that cake..cake..cake…cake…

Just days after Chris Brown was spotted down in Atlanta partying with his girlfriend Karrueche in tow, he was spotted leaving the same New York City hotel as Rihanna.  The former couple were both spotted leaving the Gansevoort hotel at separate times on the same time.  It’s unclear on whether or not they were both coincidentally staying there or if Chris got caught creeping.

From the looks of things, the ex couple isn’t keeping a low profile either. On Monday night, they hit up the Griffin and were spotted in VIP together.  According to a source at Page Six, they sat two tables away from each other before Chris made his way over to Rihanna. They eventually started dancing, hugging and kissing in front of everyone before they went off to the bathroom together and when Rihanna reemerged – looking ruffled (you know, like dirty business went down). They were spotted again together last night at New York Hotspot 1Oak.

Meanwhile, rumors that a Karrueche/Chris Brown split are on the horizon after Karrueche sent a subliminal tweet earlier in the week that said, ‘Life is too short to be anything but happy.’ Hours later, Chris tweeted, ‘Happiness is the one thing I’m never guaranteed….. How can U expect me to guarantee yours?’.   The subliminal tweets continued with Karrueche posting to her twitter, ‘There’s a difference between a man and a boy.  I prefer men’ and when one of her followers responded, ‘Let it go for your own good girl’, she tweeted back, ‘Oh Baby I am’.
