‘Bitch Don’t Kill My Vibe’ has provided Kendrick Lamar with a lot of success in the past year. That track and his critically acclaimed 2012 album “good kid, m.A.A.d city” ensured the 25 year old’s number one spot on MTV’s HottestMC’s list.
Maybe that’s why Jay-Z has decided to jump on the track. Rap’s hottest new star meets rap’s resident legend has hit written all over it. Unfortunately we’ve only been given a preview of the track so we’ll have to wait for the whole thing.
Hov’s engineer Young Guru dropped the fresh new remix at the SXSW festival yesterday (Wednesday) to a very excited crowd. As soon as the full length clip, minus Guru’s random chatter, appears we’ll let you know

Nas brought NYC to Austin,Texas and the Moody Theater during his Vevo concert at SXSW this past weekend.
Nas turned the stage into his old Queens hood complete with housing projects and graffitied filled streets. During his performance Nas blessed the crowd with songs from his classic Illmatic album and brought out long time hip hop vet AZ who joined him on “Life’s a Bitch” and The Firm’s “Phone Tap.”
During a Q&A with Steve Stoute at the festival, Nas revealed that his 10th album Life Is Good will be released in late May/June.

(via Rap-Up) Jay-Z isn’t the only hip-hop superstar heading to South by Southwest Music Festival this month. 50 Cent will headline the Shady 2.0 Showcase in Austin, Texas, next week.
The G-Unit mogul will perform his 2003 debut Get Rich or Die Tryin’ in its entirety for the first time at Austin Music Hall on Friday, March 16. Shady Records signees Yelawolf and Slaughterhouse are also on the bill.
